A good book on Marine Aquaria such as:
The Conscientious Marine Aquarium by Bob Fenner
Advanced Marine Aquarium Techniques by Jay Hemdal
That would be the best start, then you can ask more specific questions. You'll also need to decide WHAT type of tank you want to keep (Reef, FOWLR, peaceful, predatory, aggressive, etc.) as this will make a difference in how you set it up.
Also, just a bit of "netiquette"...don't type in all caps, as that's the same a yelling...
