New Tank

I HAVE A 30 GALLON TANK 4 WEEKS IN CYCLE. WHAT KIND OF FISH SHOULD I PUT IN IT.

You mean you have set up yor tank and don't know what you are going to put it?
Once it has cycled you could try a few of the following (adding slowly):
Clownfish
Gramma
Firefish
Cardinal
Goby
Blenny
Damsel
Like me, you are limited to how many fish you can put in your tank so chose wisely and try researching.

Right now I am just cylcling, but I am wanting to put some real colorful fish in it. Also, I currently only have one piece of coral in it.

buy a good book. sounds like you want to jump right in and enjoy but learn about the fish dont just buy cuz it is colorful make sure that you can take care of it first and that it wont out grow your tank

royal grammas are very beautiful and brightly colored thay would do well in your 30 gal, also you can try the puffers of the small species.
