New to anemones!!!!

well i bought 2 condy anemones from my LFS, and he told me how to take care of them but im just trying to do some more research! im feeding them shrimp, is there anything i can give them? i also bought 4 single green ricordias and im not sure what they eat? Can someone please help!!!!!!!!!

we have one condi too, its been with us for 4 years now. we feed it a good half inch piece of shrimp about once a month and then it gets pellets (our fish food) that fall into it every day. We also feed our fish mysis shrimp almost every other day. The anemone gets that too. the darn thing is humungous now with a feed schedule like this. it is also at the top of our tank really close to our halides.

the ricordias can eat kent phytoplex or marine snow. the marine snow is a very good food for corals and anemones. the phytoplex can aslo be fed to anemones and corals.
