New to Nano tanks PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone. In the past I had a 120 gallon S/W tank that I had always struggled with keeping clear of disease and what not - I was doing water changes and everything just every now and then would have a disease pop up. I sold that tank when i moved but miss the beauty and fun of the hobby and am looking to get back in to salt water tanks. I have thought about buying a nano tank and just want some advice. Thanks in advance and I look forward to browsing around the information here.

i have a nano of my self that just started. and to tell you the truth its really fun. i really cant wait to start mine
