can someone please give me all the needed areas to look at in my tank?? like pH levels, salinity, and other vital areas.

A couple of others include temp, ammonia and nitrite levels. You should consider buying a good book on keeping salt water tanks. Doing so could save you a lot of money in the future buy helping you avoid unforseen problems.

In your profile you put down 4 years under years in hobby. but from what i've read from your posts, you are just learning. You may want to change your profile as not to misinform others.

Malibu is asking for assistance, not criticism. It would be nice to help him/her instead. So what if he/she has been in the hobby for 20 years, doesn't mean he/she knows everything.
And for you Malibu, you may want to check your Calcium (if you have corals), nitrate, other trace elements (for which test kits are available), phosphates...Guys feel free to butt in.
