New to the Board

Just found the site. I'm from around Athens, GA and have a few reef tanks. Seems that there are a good bit of people from the area who post here. I usually hang out on RDO, but it's cool to find some locals too.

I call it 100% SPAM free........if you aren't here JUST to talk about tanks with other hobbiests......this ain't the board for you.....No links to stores or BBs...some folks hate it, but it is SPAM without a doubt.....I see you are fine with it, but dig this....I am a freak about cross checking and tracing IPs......when we did allow links....atleast eight times a week someone would push a site or magazine, or BB under twenty different names.......the same IP.....from the same computer..........I caught folks asking about stores, and then answering how great they were from the same IP under a different name.....It's all a bunch of BS......you have no idea how many people have talked to themselves here.......like we don't know it.....hahahaha...anyway, welcome.....perhaps you might enjoy the loss of SPAM if you think about it......some honest folks like yourself are hindered as well, but sadly, that's the way it ended up. I am quite happy to see an experienced person like yourself here.....hopefully you can spread that knowledge around.
