Hello everyone, I'm a new user to saltwaterfish.com. I've had a 16-gal fish-only tank for about 5 months now. Things have been going fairly well, but I've learned the error of my ways on more than one occasion (those poor damsels) 
I'm in the process of planning out a coral conversion which means I need to throw away the el cheap-o stock hood and upgrade. I'm not sure how I got by this far without live rock, but I'm going to start that now as well.
Does anybody have any reccomendations on a lighting setup for a small tank and also any reccomendations for live rock?
