im getting a new valentini puffer 2 morrow was wondering if anybody had info on these and if the would be okay with polyps

I don't have any personal experience with them but I'm pretty sure they are reef safe. I'm planning on getting one as well but a little down the road after I get my heniochus butterfly

I was told by my LFS that they'd probably eat my polyps & kenya tree. Are they really heavy coral eaters, or do you think I could get away with a "lite" reef... ie "cheap", hardy corals? I'd like to see some color and variation to the live rock.

I have a valentini and had some polyps with it, and mine did not bother them...not to say that all will not...just one example. Then I added a scrawled boxfish. No more polyps. They were cool, but the fish is cooler so no worries on my part.
