New yellow tang help??

My water checks out fine
my yellow tangs left eye seems to be popping out and there is a little redness on it.
any idea on what this might be and possible treatments

water change, popeye is notoriously known for bad water.

Water change, I suport. But more important is isolation in a quarantine tank, if the fish has pop-eye than it quickly begans releasing bacteria into the water expoing your other fish.

I USED M2 FOR MINE WHEN THEY DEVELOPED POPEYE & DON'T EXPECT IT TO CLEAR UP RIGHT AWAY YOU WILL SEE A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK BUT MINE DIDNT CLEAR UP FOR 6 WEEKS

I agree with treatment, this desease can harm the kidneys and liver of the fish. So act fast so the trama of the sickness is less stressful on the fishes organs.
