New Zoanthids, How long til they should open up??

Bought 4 new zoanthids 6 days ago, each containing 20-30 polyps. None have opened yet. Some have started to peak open but then close back up. Is this normal?? I am new to SW.

can you give some info about the tank. readings kinda lighting...ect.

If your water is good and lighting is good there could be too much water flow over them.

Need more info on water... Temps, ammo, nitrate, nitrites... Any fish in the tank? Inverts?
In general, keep them far from the light when u first put them in and move them away from any heavy flow.
Mine opened up within minutes after I got them in my tank.
