New Zoos Help!!!!!

I purchased some green zoos on 6 days ago and they haven't opened. I am starting to get scared. I have them placed at the bottom of my 14g cube. Its getting modderate flow. My water levels are: sal 1.022, ammo 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5, phosphate 1.0, calcium 500. I don't know if I should move the zoos, or lower the air flow. I did a 10% water change two days ago and everything seems ok. Please help.

I have had zoa's that had taken 3 weeks to open. I wouldn't worry too much. I would raise your salinity up though.
