What is this and is it good or bad?

I am thinking the orange and the yellow are 2 different types of sponge? I have no idea what the white worm like thing is on the last 2 pictures next to the limpet. Any thoughts? and are they bad?

First pic is a micro brittle star, good
no clue on the white thing - does it move??
Orange and yellow look like sponges.

The worm does move. it looks like it has 2 brown ears and it is very white. Any idea. I know the picture is not the best, but it is is in a really hard place to photograph.

Did you figure out what the thing in the first image is in your second post? Just curious.
