Welcome to the site!
Before doing anything, I would suggest reading the recommended threads at the top of the "New Hobbyists" section here:
https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/f/15/new-hobbyists
There are several folks here that have the same tank as yours, they will chime in later.
As for mixing your SW (SaltWater), you might be able to find an LFS (local fish store) that sells premixed SW (thats the way I do it for now). At the very least, you should use RO/DI water as your source for mixing your own, also (usually) available at your LFS.
Read through the threads linked to above and come back and ask the questions you are sure to have.
Again, Welcome!

Mixing your own saltwater using RO (reverse osmoses) water is the best way I think. Whatever you do don't use tap water. If you go to the LFS..get the highest SG they sell and use RO water from ther grocery store to bring the SG down to the right levels, that way you can pay less for premixed.
At the top of the New Hobbyists thread are 101 tips for starting up...it's a really helpful read.

I used natural sea water for almost a year when I first setup my tank. It worked fine, but my tank tended to smell a bit like the ocean (not in a good way) when I did water changes. I eventually setup an RO/DI unit and switched to using salt mix instead. It just seems much cleaner to me and this way I don't have to haul 30 gallons of sea water per week from my LFS.
