newb needs help

i have crushed coral in my tank now but want live sand.what is a good way to change it and what are the benefits to my tank.i have a 90 gallon tank and went and bought 90 gallons of ro saltwater premixed and put it in and i am still waiting for it to cycle.we put 2 blue damsels and a yellow tail damsel in it to help with the cycling process,but the 2 blue damsels have died sould i leave them in the tank.

Well if your tank is new, just take it all out at once and put the sand in such you haven't even cycled yet. You can leave the damsels in, it will help cycle, but you should have just added a dead shrimp from you deli, easier, and they're already dead.
