A lot will depend on what you are looking to keep in the tank. Those lights are most likely Power Compacts. What do the bulbs look like? If they are bent and only plug in at one end then they are PC's. If they are straight they could either be VHO or T5. If they are PC's you will be able to keep soft corals like xenia, kenya tree, leathers and zoos as well as some LPS corals like hammers or torches. If you want to keep more light demanding stuff like SPS, clams or anemones those lights are not going to be strong enough.
