Welcome to the Boards. We'll help you out.
Tell us more about your system. How big is tank? Filtration? What all is in it? Rock? Substrate? livestock? How are you cycling? Lighting? Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, salinity?

how long r u leaving the light on? if ur cycling the tank, leave the light off for now. 2 weeks, the tank is still sort of cycling. also, do u hv a clean crew? to get rid of grren water, use a uv sterilizer.

Thanks for the help so far. my tank is 40 gallons and i do have the coral light which i always leave it on like 8 to 10 hours per day. I don't have cleaning crews in there right now. All i have is about 5 fishes in there such as blue damsel, yellow tang and 2 others. I do have live rocks and sand in that tank. The water look like greenish and especially very dirty after i pour in the bio booster liquid in about 5 days ago. The guy I bought the stuff from told me it would be clear back after a few days but I still don't see any improvement yet. I just wonder if there is something outthere that can help the water clear.

Well first things first.. there should only be one damsel in there at most right now. Your tank needs to cycle first. The water becomes toxic to fish during the cycling process. A tang should definitely not be in there right now, they create a lot of waste.
What kind of filtration do you have? You absolutely need a protein skimmer if you do not have one. I recommend the Aqua C Remora. I have a Aqua C Remora pro on my 72 gallon that has been fantastic.
I also recommend getting an additional canister filter, such as an Eheim, and run media such as Chemi-pure in that, but that can wait,.. if you don't have a protein skimmer, get one immediately if you want to have any hope of keeping those fish alive.
How much Live Rock/Live sand do you have? Are you using tap or RO/DI water?

NO CLEANING CREW???? Wow maybe you should start there. You should always start with a cleaning crew then add your fish slowly.
The yellow tang is going to need to find a new home 40 gal is not near as much space as one needs, very unfair to the tang as he grows. Take him back to your lfs for credit!
Also if you are having algae problems which sounds like what you have you may want to cut your lights back to 4 hrs a day for a week and see if it helps. I know thats what we do when our tank gets fussy or green on us.
