I just got a 55 gal. tank a few weeks ago. I filled it with distilled water because my tap water has alot of iron. It's been cycling for almost 4 weeks. All my levels are correct. The only thing in the tank is live sand. What I needed know was if i could add live rock and damsels now. Then wait about 1 week and add a clownfish and yellow tang.

I would put the lr in as soon as you can.
check your levels in a week, and if they look good you should be ready.

oh and you don't need to add damsels since your tank is already cycled....unless you want damsels.

Yup make sure you cycle the tank and I would add the tang last and might try to find a bigger home for him down the road.
