I just realized I put my thread in the wrong area. I had a question as to whether or not our tank stand looks strong enough, or if there is anything we should change about it https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/389291/new-salt-water-tank-owners-need-opinion-on-our-tank-stand
Mods, feel free to move or merge the thread!
A little intro, I kept a fresh water tank for 10 years and just got tired of the tank. I had a lot of different fresh water fish, including Oscars for the last several year. My fiance has always wanted a salt water tank and I told him the only way I would ever get a tank again is if it was a salt water tank. Well...needless to say, I'm pretty excited to see a tank sitting in the living room right now! I can't wait to start filling it up. We don't even have water in it yet!
I've read through the 101 tips, that is a great write up! We also have the book " The Marine Reef Aquarium" that we have been learning a lot from as well. Any tips or advice that you wish to give would be more than welcome.

you do plan on wrapping it with plywood though right? if not i would go get metal corner braces so it dont sway.

Great thanks. We are planning in covering it with plywood and putting in some doors.
