newbie: how much GPH do i need for a overflow box?

Hi guys, new to this hobby. I was wondering which overflow box brand do you reccomend? How much GPH do i need going? Does the return pump need to be slower than the outgoing overflow siphon tube?

isnt 300gph a little less? shouldnt it be 10x the turnover? in my case, 600gph?

well its up to you. they told me to run 900gph for my 95gallon. and i had mad bubbles. i went to a 600gph and it was gone.
