Ok After careful monitoring and listening to the online tank guru's. Here is the current stats on my problem tank.
PH - 8.2
Nitrate - 0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Temp - 79.9
And I upgraded the light, with Actinic lighting!!!!!
Here are some pics... All criticism is welcome

how does that light stand work? I have the same light but the stand i have prevents me from opening the top :-/.

Althoug i see something that you might wanna consider.
Make sure you keep water line level at the top always, cause the liverock is stacked pretty high.
I'm not saying is a problem, but just something to consider when stacking corals all the way to the top and when doing water changes some parts of the live rock is going to be spossed to air which is No problem if is ONLY for short periods.

Cool. I talked to my LFS and we decided we're going to put in a Sump before adding any corals........ so i will transfer some LR to the Sump.
