Newbie. Is this what I need to get started?

Currently purchased a 65g overflow tank. Didn't want to go to large to start out with.
Is this accurate to start out with for the main components?
1) Wet/Dry w/prefilter. Is this also considered a sump where I can put the protein skimmer?
2) RO
3) Protein Skimmer (Coral life super skimmer) Good brand?
4) 2 Powerheads
5) of course all the basics heaters, etc.
Very nervous and want to do everything correct. Do I actually need these items? Will it be difficult to hook this all up?

hi welcome to the boards.
wet /dry is a sump , with a lowered water line to hold BIO BALLS to above the water, and the return will drip over them. if its large enough, to fit equipment, go for it.
also every 6 months to a year you are going to want to clean the bio balls with saltwater to get rid of the built up waste that can become problematic.
RO (hopefully with DI) unit is great to have to make your own water / top off. not needed, but great addition. look into a float switch for auto-top off.
coralife makes a pretty decent skimmer. sensitive knob, so be careful when adjusting - SLOWLY.
what is the GPH of the power heads?
what other basics ? type of heater?
type of lights? what do you want to keep? corals?
you will need some live sand and a good deal of live rock to start everything off when you are ready. also called LS and LR.

Thanks. Not going to start out with corals. Mainly fish and inverts. The Power head would be 250gph each. 2 100 watt ebo -jager heaters. I read some where that I can put in the sump if the heaters are submersible, true?
Defenitely will have LR and after reading more on the message boards will go for the live sand vs. the bag sand I see in the LFS.
Lighting I am still trying to figure out. Currently I have only 1 tube lighting which I know is not good. Didn't see much Lighting options on the site. Everything SWF.com is less expensive than my LFS.

there are plenty of options online, but i can tell you for small tanks, by far and away the best option is individually reflected T-5 HO. either something purchased from an all in one hood (Tek, Aquactinics), or if you are a DIYer, than look into retrofitting into a canopy.
