I have a new tank setup, 2 clowns in it for about 10 days now...What should go in next, cleaner pack (I am getting some algae, red hair like and others) or additional fish? Any suggestion on next fish to add?

Hi, welcome to the site.....we really need more info to help you.
Pictures help us see what you have already
How long has the tank been up?
What size is the tank?
Lighting?
filtration?
Test result numbers?
Do you have power heads?
Live rock and sand...how much?
We can't really help if we don't know all the details. If you have algae, it's time for a CUC (clean up crew) which are basically various types of snails. Cerith, nassarius, nerite, turbo and Mexican turbo. How many depends on your tank size. Each type of snail eats different types of algae. Stay away from hermit crabs, they kill snails for ther shells, but they do love brown algae. Serpent or brittle (not green brittle) seastars are also a great addition for a CUC. They eat the food lodged in the rocks.
You have to do regular water changes as well, and never overfeed. What the critters don't eat feeds nuisance algae.

Tank is 66g (250l) Red Sea Max 250 (Guy at store and guide says it is a complete coral reef ready system but I plan to keep it FOWLR (Kids want fish ore than than corals)
it has about 45 lbs of live rock and 2-3 inches of live sand. It has been setup for just over 3 weeks, the 2 clowns have been in there for 10 days. All readings according to my test strips are spot on. 6-39-wattT5 lights on the tank it also has 8-blue LED moonlights.
Thanks for the Help

Strips are useless in SW tanks. You need real test kits. Seachem are what I use. So next step get some master test kits, that's cheaper than buying each kit individually. If you have algae then like I said, time for the CUC. Get 20 of each snail and a couple of brittle (not green) seastars or serpent stars.
Do you have a quarantine tank? You should set one up, and add the next fish, the QT will take about 3 to 4 weeks for each new critter, which just the right amount of wait time between additions...so it also helps regulate how fast you add livestock.
Here is a book, best on the market for helping you decide what fish is next...I'm also attaching a page so you can see the helpful info it has.

A dwarf angel is always a nice fish, only one per tank.
