Newbie with a Water Flow question

Hi Guys,
im in the process of starting up a saltwater reef tank and have one or 2 questions.
i have a new 300litre 67gal(80gal USA) tank, with a prism protein skimmer, 2 maxijets 900l power heads along with the internal juwel rio filter.
35kg of indonesian live rock will be delivered very shortly along with 60kg of live sand for the biological filtration.
my main question is, will my powerheads provide enough flow for good filtration?. i have read on here that you need atleast 10-15times the tanks turn over per hour. by my calculations i would need approx 670gph turnover. my 2 maxijets are only 197gph(237gph USA) times 2 which would be 394gph(474gph) combined. but the internal filter does have a power head but not sure on what the flow is on it. would this be sufficient
Cheers in advance,
Barrett

to begin with yes its ok. i say that cause u dont mention any lr in your tank. the point of high water flow is to eliminate deadspots where deitris and uneaten food can acumulate and decompose to amonia and whatnot. in my take which is a 29gal i have 2 maxi jets 1200 cpr bak-pak skimmier and a fluval 404 filter. just to give an idea.
good luck

Just from looking at what you are going to have, it does not look like you will have enough. If anything, I would add another smaller powerhead and increase the strength of your filtration.
