I noticed today that my clown has alot of white spots and looks so pale. I did some research and dipped it in R/O fresh water. I also did a 15 % water change and poured fresh water. My salinity level beofre i poured fresh H2o was .026 and after fresh h20 it is now 0.21.
How else do i get the salinity down? Will my few zoanthoids survive? I have 2 starfishes and an electric scallop, shrimp, a few snails & 1 chromis. Can someone please help me out. My tank is about 2 1/2 months old, i am very new to this hobby. Will await for advice.

You'll have to remove some water and replace it with FW.
It appears that you're wanting to run hypo on your tank, is that correct? If so, you'll be wanting to get your SG down to 1.009, as measured with a refractometer (a swing-arm hydrometer is not repeatable, and inaccurate for this purpose).
That being said, your inverts won't survive the hypo treatment, and will die from osmotic shock. It's best to remove the fish to a QT and run the hypo in that tank.
Here's a good article on the various types of QT options:

Here's one on understanding/treating ******:

plus when the salinity comes down it will kill alot of life in the rocks and cause an ammonia spike .this will kill the fish.so listen to saxman and get a qt .read up on hypo
