Naaaaaaaaaaaaaa...I'm around. The reactor won't be a problem...just can't find time to get around to it.
Let me check and see if I have any pics of the refugium. If not I'll try to work up a few to show what it looks like. Basically I just have a basic refugium (granted its a 55 gal tank). There is maybe 70-80 lbs of LR....4"-5" DSB...a few types of caulperas...chaetomorpha...it gets water from the sump via a magdrive 1200 and gravity returns to the skimmer side of the sump...lighting is the old 4x65 PC's from the origional reef. Mine is set up in the room behind my display so I have a lot of room to work with.

No..its not drilled and there are no baffels. I use a lifereef slimline overflow...its just a refugium.....lr/ls/macro algaes...relatively low flow...moderate light on a reverse lighting schedule.

Mines drilled. No baffles, same size as NMR's. Gravity fed and gravity return. Live sand/ chaetomorphia macro/ a few pieces of live rock. Stands behind my 90 gallon. Kept it as simple as possible.

how do you have a gravity feed and a gravity return?

I have a line (just a tube) inserted into my overflow in the 90. Through capilary action it moves water from the overflow to the 55 fuge at the far 1/3 of the fuge, from there it, travels through the macro algea and DSB and then drains to the bulkhead on the other side into the sump.
So I have no pumps feeding it and don't need any for it to drain either.
I do use a small pump to keep the surface water moving, one of those little 404's? that came with a bucket of IO salt.

Thats sort of the same way mine works....but....
Mine sits beside my 30 gal sump. A magdrive 1200 from the sump to the refugium provides input....the lifereef overflow returns from the refugium to the skimmer side of the sump....and so far I only use a magdrive 1800 for return to the display...but I plan to increase the flow rate to the display in the near future. The flow rate thru the refugium with head and ball valve control is somewhere around 700-800 gph...with a couple of ph's for additional circulation.

Here is a pic I just took...not much to look at...unless you get real close and check out all the micro life forms. It is effective as a suppliment to the overall filtration of my reef though...at least in my opinion it is.
