Niger Behavior

Yesterday I converted everything form the 29mini reef into the 75gal,this is the first time my fish has ever seen LR in a tank. My Niger is somewhat staying by a certain area of the tank I made a cave at the bottom and all he does is come out patrols and eat and goes back in I never seen him do this he always out and about.

well it seems like u just put him in there it should take a few days for him to get ajusted to his new home

Naw I just put the Lr in the tank the tank I had the fish just a little over 2yrs. I guess he just getting used to the new look thats all.

But he is still in a new environment that is 3 times bigger then his last and for all he knows there might be a triggerfish eater.

. Mine was the same way, I have had him for a week and a half and now he comes out whenever he wants to and goes wherever he wants too, although I have no idea where he sleeps.

The Humu and the scorpion is just fine in there new home. I'm glad there not picking on my polyps:joy:
