nitrate level

havent check my nitrate level in a month, today discovered it is at 10. how do i go about getting this back down to 0? ammonia and nitrite is flat out 0.

Ehhhhhh, why do you want it to be flat out 0?? I thought 10ppm for trate is a pretty good number. JMO.
