i did a 5 gal water change in my 29 gal tank. my nitrates are about 40 to 80. is there anything else i can do

i have a eclipse system. the one that is totally enclosed. on my test kit it goes from 40 then to 80. my tank only has fish in it a royal gramma, a clown and a yellow tail dansel. then some invertabrates. i only feed them once a day and then give them brine shimp every other day.
