Nitrates still high

Hello,
I just did a test and found that my ammonia was about .10ppm, Nitrites were at zero, and Nitrates were still way up, around 80. I have changed about 25 gallons of water in the past week(60 gallon tank). I am also starting to get a large algea bloom.
Would it be okay to add a clean up crew at this point?
Should I keep up with the water changes to help get rid of the nitrates?

I take it the tank is new since you are asking about adding cleaners.
What brand of test kit are you using? Some are know to give a false positive result for ammonia. It sounds like your cycle is done given the other readings.
I'd add some cleaners to start working on the algae and keep up with 10%/week water changes. That should help drop the nitrates.
