Nitrite Spike AGAIN- PLEASE HELP

Sorry to bring this thread back again but after i had this little Nitrite spike it was decided that i had a little cycle and next the nitrate was giong to spike. So i was checking my Nitrate a little bit ago and i noticed it still hasnt gone up yet. not only that, my Nitrite went up at 2 again! ammonia stayed at 0. What is goin on?!?! Can somebody, ANYBODY, help me please

How long has your tank been set up ? How are you cycling it ?
