NO Lighting Question

I have a four bulb (40 watt each) light system in my canopy plus one 20 watt blue actinic bulb. Total wattage is 180.
What are the best tubes to get for low light corals in a 55 gallon long tank? I would like to add some zoanthids (sp), maybe some mushrooms and other low light species.
Should I go with 50/50 bulbs in all 4 slots? or get 10,000 K bulbs?, a combination of the two? or some of the other bulbs that are on the market?

I have never dealt with NO tubes, but in using VHO I like an even 1:1 ratio of actinics to 50/50 bulbs. A very crisp white look to it.
