I add esv b-ionce twice a week and dose kalk.

I think it'll help if you mention the species that you tried to keep. Different species different requierements.

i have had trouble with xeina plate feather dusters. but I also have an anonemine that is doing fine. I dont know just frustrated i guess.

feather duster? I don't know what you meant by xenia plate feather duster. I'm assuming they're are all different things. I've just never heard of xenia plate feather duster :) . Feather duster are easy to keep. I don't know what's the reason you had problems with those. What happened to it? Are you sure it's dead?
 
Water current? In the corner tank you need lts of movement. My 54 corner is a fish only because I can't get lights on it. But test you water from a lower part of the tank and you will see a different test reading.

What kind of water did you use to set up with? Did you use RO or dh2o? Even straight water from your tap can have enough copper in it to kill.
