I am a biochemist and when I first read about a filter that drips can keep a reef tank free from the nitrate cycle I was suspect. I made my own drop coil de-nitrator. I made it big with my own self made media and even took molecular genetics to increase bacteria activity. I now have tanks that fish and exopods over time parish before the coral. I found it easy to make at a fraction of the cost. My units are 4 Lt coullum with a 20 foot coil. If I can help a fellow coral grower I will and don't need a big payoff. Tell me what you would value it at and I should be Abel to work it out. PS its. White tubing with a yellow coil, not the best looking, but its cost justified. A pet store owner and friend tells me I should patten bio media? And I can give sites of bacteria venders, it would be unethical to load it with gene altered flora with out approval.
