No polyp extension

The flow isn't a problem as every night, I've had awesome polyp extension. I just did a 40-50 gallon WC last night thinking maybe my nutrients were high and still nothing. My colors are good on all the pieces except one that I think has AEFW. But i'm still not sure why i'm not getting any extension.
