I have had a ritteri anemone in my tank for 6 wks. my clowns wont go into it. should i wait or maybe i was thinking i should trade with my lfs for two different clowns
any feedback would be greatly appreciated. i had a ritteri before i got my new lights (it died) my clown was in that one the very next day. (differnt clown and anemone)

Many tank raised clowns (especially ocellarius and perculas) won't host in an anemone no matter what you do. Even if you have the right anemone, they may ignore it. My clowns have ignored my anemone for over 2 years. Probably has something to do with the fact that the tank raised clown eggs are not laid/hatched in tanks with anemones. There is a theory about the anemone having some sort of phermone that draws clowns to them. Only a theory, but a valid one.
