Any ideas why the pump is noisy? It's plumbed in-line and is not sucking air and the water flow is not restricted at all. It sounds like it's sucking air.

Are there bubbles in the water? If there are I would check all your fitting and see if they are sucking in air. In regards to the noisy pump it could be a couple things. Is the pump new? If not I would consider buying the replacement parts such as the impeller and seals. If it’s new I would call Danner and ask them if that is a normal sound for that pump. I have heard those pumps are noisy but what you described sounds a bit odd. Good luck, let us know what you find out.
