We have a stick and used to feed him with it, but then, he started going after food dropped in the tank.
I've tried feeding him again this way, and he comes up to eat it, and then sits there waiting...?....then turns around and goes away.
I'm beginning to think that he's so non-aggressive &/or non-dominant, that he wants to keep away from the other fish. We have a Puffer that is an all-out PIG! No matter how much we feed him, he won't get full and cannot be distracted so that we can concentrate on Mufasa, the lionfish. The Puffer goes after every piece of food as though it were his last!
I'm going to try and 'stuff' the Puffer next feeding, then use some live shrimp to try and entice Mufasa into eating.
I truly cannot figure out how he is surviving without any food for so long. But, he looks good to me....color and all. Will try and attach photo and still need to get water info to you.
Thank you again for keeping in contact with me.
Says file on pic is too big and I don't know how to make it smaller. Will try when I can find time to figure that out. thx
