Noobie needs help!!

I have been goin for about 6 months now...i have 1 truperc, 2 damsels, 1 coral band shrimp, and 3 snails...i have a 20 gal with 83w of 5050 jbj lightiing, whisper20 carbon filter(came with the tank) 100w heater, protien skimmer and a hydor nano flowmaker...i keep the temp @ 80 and the water at 32/1.024 and the phosphates are good...recently i had a ginopora die and now there is a brown alge with air bubbbles growing on top of the sand and some of my live rock...the alge has taken over the protien skimmer as well..how do i get rid of it is it bad what can i do...also if anything else is wrong with my setup please tell me what an idiot i am so i can fix it thanx for all the help in the past.

First what are all your readings? Have you checked your phosphates? I am guessing you are overfeeding. Gonipora is one of the most difficult corals to keep so I would not expect a newb with a small tank to have any success.
