Normal? what is it?

i just started my cycle last week and when i turned on my lights this morning i knoticed a bunch of little orange worm like things crawling around, and little clearish things running all over my rocks. is this supposed to happen?
also i was wondering what good water parameters would be

probably bristle worms and cope/iso/amphipods, all beneficial.
good water parameters
temperature- 80F
specific gravity- 1.024
ph- 8.2
ammonia- 0
nitrate- 0
nitrite- 0
calcium- 400
not sure about other parameters but these are the most tested.
