I guess this means our administrations policy of "no negotiating with terrorists" is void. It's better than another Military confict.

That's not really negotiating... We said kill your nuclear program or else you get no aid.
That said, The N Koreans agreed to dismantle their nuclear program during the Clinton regime and we know how that went. Why we give aid to that nutcase is beyond me.

Quite a victory... (sarcasm doesn't come through well online but here it is). By all accounts their nuclear test was a failure. And it has been discovered that North Korea has sent nuclear materials to Syria. Makes me question their motives and whether they have made some other deals with their nuclear program.

North Korea been classified as part of the "Axis of Evil" for some time now. Kim Jong-il has murdered citizens of his own country and threatend his neighbors for years. That's not terrorism? These are the same reasons we invaded Iraq. The current administration initially stopped the economic packages in a feeble attempt to stop his nuclear program. That failed so they offered to reinstate the packages if he stops his nuclear program and he accepted. That's not negotiating?
