would seem logical. my nitrates stay around 10 and my caulerpa is growing very slow, too.
is yours in the main tank or a refugium? i don't have a refugium yet, mine is in my main.
Yes, if you do not have any noticible nitrate levels your caulerpa will not grow well, and nitrate is required for growth, this is why caulerpa lowers nitrate. Strong lighting also helps
I just got my mini-grape from bang guy yesterday. I increased the hours on the lighting over the refugium. Is it ok to have the lights on for 16 and off for 8? Is that enough to keep it for releasing its spores?
