Not sure what my chromis has..

I was looking in my tank today and I noticed my biggest green chromis of 3.. his eye looked funny... At first glance I concluded that it was popeye... but looking closer I'm wondering if it is something else... This was the best picture I could take.. for some reason I have trouble taking pictures of it.... The coloration is very off.. he's actually aqua color.. and the eye looks much worse in the picture than it really is... It appears to me that the left eye is a little out in the back... and there is some white cottony or possibly erosion in the back... It appears in the picture that there is something in the front of the eye too but that was something from the picture it is just in the back... its just the back part and the eye is still perfectly fine and he is eating and very active. I've also had him for about 4 months with no problems.
All readings were 0 and the sg was a little high... already doing a waterchange.
BTW.. If anyone could help me take a better picture that would be very appreciated... I have an HP M417 5.2mp ... nothing special but I think it should be able to do a better job... I set it to macro setting when taking the picture.
Thanks for helping me and this little guy.

The only way I can get a clear picture of close ups in my tank is to stand about three feet away from my target and then use zoom....weird I know. lol

The eye seems like it may be out a bit... but it has damage in the backside... I'm not sure if the popeye is developing or if it is something more serious.

Is it possible that this guy is developing HLLE ?? Is this likely in green chromis?? The other 2 chromis are doing fine and mind you this is the biggest of the 3 that is suffering from the unidentified disease... I did add carbon and phosban for the first time a few days ago... after reading more about HLLE I will remove the carbon/phosban bag... I am currently feeding my fish prime reef flakes and every once and awhile a frozen food called brine shrimp plus which has in it (shrimp, clams, squid, zooplankton, spinach, fish oil, caulerpa algae etc...) I am going to go to the store and get some fresh garlic... anything else I should pick up at the store or at the lfs??
And if anyone has any ideas on the disease.. much thanks!!

I've never really heard of chromis getting HLLE...that's more commonly found it tangs. His color looks a little unusual too, is that because of the picture?
