Depends on what size thank it's going over - should work out pretty well unless it's a really deep tank. Not too sure for the Nem, but it will work for the softies.

is ur t5 individual reflected? if yes, and its a shallow tank, then ur anemone will do fine providing ur water parameters r good.

I have the newer fixture with the individual reflectors. I have mushrooms, star polyps, hard coral, soft coral, zoos and they are all doing just fine under my lights. I recently upgraded all of them though because I hear that the lights that come with the system are not too good but I did not seem to have a problem with them prior.
Depending on your size of tank I hear of people even keeping clams in theirs.
