With my new 200 gal tank - 8ft long. What is the most common/good approach for lighting for my corals.
The most expensive way is to do the $2K for 48". But are there alternatives as well but not as mucho $?
Thanks so much

what type of lights do you want MH, T5? What are you putting in the tank. that big of a tank you probably want to keep anything and everything. if so then mucho diñero is unpreventable.

if you were to use mh's you would either need 4 with regular reflectors or use 3 with lumenarc relflectors. as far as t-5s you should go with 2, 48" units. tek makes real nice ones, as does aquatinics.
