My Maroon clown is hosting my BTA..Why does he come out of the BTA and move the sand around right in front of the BTA and makes like a big ditch there? Sand dust goes flying
I had a clown that did that with a carpet, she would stick food in it. It was too close to the anemone for the other fish to try to get it and the anemone couldn't get it either.
I dont think its known why Clowns do that but most/many of them do....Mine will sometimes but not as much as they used to do it....
I have no proof but feel that they are checking for predetors that may be lurking in the sand that could attack the anemone....just a thought
