Hey guys!
sorry that I dont contribute more but i have more questions than answers.
A favorite thing of mine to do it to lurk these forums and soak up information. So i try not to ask questions that havent already been asked.
so here are a few nudibranch questions....
1) Is there a general way to tell if they are good/bad?
2) Is there anything good about them?
I have a purple and yellowish gold nudibranch, it kinda looks like an "Aeolid Nudibranch." I dont have a picture, because my camera is horrible. BUT! I can describe very well.
- about half an inch big.
- Purple on the bottom, and goldish and purplish "hairy things"
- has "antennas"
anything else?

Berghia nudibranch is Aeolid nudibranch. They are reef safe feeding on Aiptasia. They usually die quick without there source of food. Some are bad..if you have Zoanthids,Palythoas they could be these. Its hard to tell without pics but they can range in colors, they take on the colors of the zoos.
