While staring at my tank with my nose pressed to the glass, I noticed movement! Focusing very carfully I found a new ULC (Unidentified Living Creature)!
Here is a picture:

It is very difficult to see in the picture. If you will look in the white box and further into the red tracing .... The right portion is the "back" of the thing. The back almost looks like one of the frilly nudibranches or maybe like "tubes" coming out of it. The left portion of the ULC is just black looking. So anyway, the creature will pull itself onto the Pearl Bubble Coral it is on (how I noticed it).
Any suggestions?

Tough pic for my tired eyes. But it looks nudibranch to me. Could be 1 of a few different types.
Google pic some of these.
Zoa eating nudibranch-looks most like
Montipora eating nudibranch-usually all white
berghia nudibranch-eats aptasia

Remove it while you can still see it. That way you'll also be able to get a better pic so it can be better ID'd. You can put it back if all turns out good.

Ok, we pulled the coral out to attack the Antipaste thing growing on it and I asked hubby to pluck it off. Well, it was hard as a rock. He couldnt get it off. Couldnt even scrape it off.
I'm thinking this must be some type of mullosk. I found another one kind of like it on the Frogspawn. I got hubby to try and take it off. Same thing, closed up and was hard. This one is white with black dots and pink around the edges. I stared real hard and could see something looking like gills down inside when it opened back up. Reminded me of whats down inside my clam....
Are nudibranches hard on thier backs? I thought they were slugs which to my implies soft back.
Tried taking pictures, but they were just all fuzzy and black. The white lights werent on yet. We're going to pull them both out tomarrow and inspect throughly (and take pics).

Deffiantly NOT stomatella. I did Google images and I have MILLONS of those things in my other tank.
After looking at pics of the Chitons and limpets .... i'm going to go with limpets. Although mine don't have that hole in the top of them.
Thank you all for the help. I'm hoping to get better pictures, but I dont have a good microscopic camera :).
