NURSE SHARK IN 20 Gallon

I could not believe it, I was at a LFS in Tustin, and they had a nurse shark that was at least 12 inches inside of a small tank no bigger then a 20, it was going back and forth (Poor shark). I wanted to see what he would say, I told him I have a 100 Gallon tank with fish in it, could I add it? He told me sure, no problem it will not get much bigger then that. What a moron. Justin

Animal Cruelty comes to mind when I think of that. Thank god for this Forum to educate people and prevent even more people dropping a shark in such a small tank. If I saw that nurse in a 20.....i'd be on CNN cuz i'd grab him and run down the street just as fast as my vans could take me.
"CNN: And in local news....man seen running down main avenue today carrying what looks to be a shark. He was unable to give us any comments but he did have a few words to say as he locked eyes with his cargo"...."I am NOT a morsel, I am NOT a morsel"

I hate to see sharks and shark eggs for sale at any LFS. Chances are that 99% of the people that buy them, don't have the tank size needed to keep one.
Marine Fanatic...too funny! :D
