What type of suplments do everyone here use? I use alk, cal, strontium, coral vite and pyhtoplex. Should I use anything else? What is Mylodium? Should i use Iodine? I can get pure lugos, should i use it? how many drops for a 55 reef with PC's. thanks

I use a calcium reactor and Loguls solution.. Thats it.. I mean it.. that is all...

I use a 2 part calcium buffer, strontium, phytoplex and lugols. I used to use everything under the sun. One drop per 25 gallons..

I use less than the recommende dose. 1 drop every 50 gallons. Iodine is also in your salt and when you do a water change it is replaced. I do a 40 gallon water change every month and that takes care of alot of my trace elements. I do not like too add alot of chemicals to my tank.

I use oceans blend ph/alkalinity and calcium.3 ml/10gal once a day of each.The stuff is awesome.You can get info at oceansblend.com

I am with wamp... I use a calcium reactor and lugol's solution. I add 5 drops a week to my 120 gallon tank.
