After slamming McCain for suggesting the same thing during the campaign. You hear his mouthpeices try to dance around Obama saying the fundamentals of the economy are solid, another statement McCain was beat up for making.
So now the Ossiah has gone back on his word about
:
Hiring lobbyists in his administration
Allowing earmarks in Bills
Deficit spending
Transparency
Not taxing Health Benefits
to be continued...

Do you relaize Obama did not say he was going to get rid of earmarks, but that there needed to be earmark reform. Like anything that was public not gov. needed to have a open bidding process. He also said that he would try to work with congress to cut out the ones he and his office found wastful. I know he didn't do that on the last bill, but he did not have time for it to go back to congress. It should have been done last September, but congress drug it out until a week or so ago. He said in his press conference that he could not have it tie up congress anymore, could not waste anymore time on it. Oh yeah and 28 rep. who voted against it had over 34 million in earmarks in it alone. It was McCain who said he would get rid of earmarks.

Oh so it's bushes fault this lying SOB broke his campaign promise

What does it matter how much the Republicans had in earmarks? It was Obama who promises to "Go through the bills line by line to make sure money is being spent wisely" and he who signed the bill/

Maybe you should take some time, and learn about the guy you support before posting again. I know more about Obama than you do and I definitely didn't vote for the dude.

So where, exactly, is the reform? Did they find nothing wasteful in this monstrous Bill he just signed?
The Democratic House Speaker would have gladly handed over the planned budget to the President for him to go over it, line-by-line, anytime he wanted, I'm sure.

Read the Media Matters article. His post is identical to their defense of President Obama's backpedaling.
